Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6. srpnja 2026.

This document is provided in English and applies to all regions. Translated versions are for convenience only; the English version governs.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and SnapQuote ("SnapQuote", "we", "us") governing your use of the SnapQuote service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SnapQuote.

1. What SnapQuote is

SnapQuote is software that lets a tradesperson (a “Provider”) collect job requests from their own customers through a no-login link and send back branded quotes that the customer can accept or decline online.

SnapQuote is a tool only. It is not a marketplace, a directory, or a lead-generation service — we do not find customers for Providers, list competing Providers, or match strangers. Each Provider brings their own customers.

2. We do not process payments between Providers and their customers

This is important. SnapQuote never processes, collects, holds, or handles any payment, deposit, or money between a Provider and their customer. A Provider may state their own payment terms as text and may display their own payment link; we only show that information. We are not a party to any transaction, deposit, escrow, or refund between a Provider and a customer, and we take no responsibility for them.

The only payments we handle are Providers' own subscription fees to us, described in Section 5.

3. Quotes, requests and the work itself

A quote is an agreement between the Provider and their customer. SnapQuote provides the tool to create and deliver it, but is not a party to it. We do not set prices, do not guarantee any quote or job, and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timing, or completion of any work, nor for any dispute between a Provider and a customer.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

  • You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must have the necessary rights and, where required, consent to collect and upload any content and personal data (including your customers' photos and details).
  • You must not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content; no attempts to access other tenants' data; no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or circumventing security or usage limits.
  • You are responsible for your customers' experience and for handling their data lawfully as the controller (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes (including EU VAT).
  • Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We may change plans and prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Your content

You (and your customers) keep all rights to the content you put into SnapQuote. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you and, for AI-assisted features, to generate drafts you review. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to build any public directory.

7. Our intellectual property

SnapQuote, its software, branding and design are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law.

8. Availability

We work to keep SnapQuote available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or change features over time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from work quoted or performed between a Provider and a customer, or from any payment made between them. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, your dealings with your customers, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SnapQuote and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we handle any remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you other rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will update the “last updated” date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use SnapQuote after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
